Shipping

We offer USPS first class mail, USPS priority mail, UPS ground, UPS 2nd day air, and UPS next day air for our stamps. Most orders received before 2pm EST Monday – Friday are shipped the next business day. We offer an expedited service if you need to guarantee your order will be ready for shipping the following business day.

The shipping address you provide will be the address your stamp is shipped to. Occasionally our shipping software will flag an address if it is incomplete or unrecognized. In these situations, we will contact you to verify or update your address. Items may be delayed if these situations occur. If your stamp is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to obtain an alternate address. A processing and reshipping fee will need to be paid before your stamp is reshipped.

If we close due to extreme weather conditions we will contact you if there is a resulting delay in the shipment of your order. Mail carrier delays are outside of our control and should be handled through them. Notary Store Online assumes no responsibility for shipping delays once your stamp leaves our facility.

Returns

While we make every effort to avoid mistakes, they do occasionally happen. If you need to return a stamp due to an error on our part we will remake the stamp and get it shipped out to you as soon as possible. If the error was from the information you entered when placing your order, we will work with you to reach a cost-effective solution for replacing your stamp. Please review your information before submitting your order as this is the information we will use on your stamp.

The license information for each stamp is hand entered to ensure your image will be aesthetically pleasing on usage. Our stamps and seals are laser engraved and cut for a detailed, high-quality image. Our stamps and seals are made by our experienced technicians and are tested several times before leaving our facility to ensure they meet our high satisfaction standards. 

Due to the personalized nature of our stamp and seals, these products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer does not like the product. We’ve researched and tested our products and are committed to using only products we feel provide a reliable, consistent impression that will meet our and your satisfaction. Stock products may be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Shipping costs for returning stock products are the responsibility of the customer.

Our self-inking stamps, and pre-inked stamps are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Contact us at support@notarystoreonline.com if you have a problem with your stamp. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the item with an identical item once the original item is returned to Notary Store Online. Notary Store Online reserves the right to void this warranty should we feel the product was used in a manner not in line with its normal intended use. 

Our embossers are guaranteed for life against mechanical defects, slipping, and wearing. Contact us at support@notarystoreonline.com if you have a problem with your seal. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the item with an identical item once the original item is returned to Notary Store Online. Notary Store Online reserves the right to void this warranty should we feel the product was used in a manner not in line with its normal intended use.
